Definitions of Key Terms, Rights and Limitations.

Key terms:

These rules define the conditions for the provision of MB Amur Ltd online training between you (hereinafter – the “Customer”) and “Amur Ltd” (hereinafter – the “Service Provider”), regarding the conditions under which the Service Provider will provide the Customer with access to the purchased online training (or their parts).

Rights and Restrictions:

1.  The customer undertakes not to distribute the purchased training or parts of the training available on the website https://globertop.com. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the Client being removed from the training without separate warning and may be held legally responsible.
2. Training videos are provided as a video stream and cannot be downloaded.
3. The part of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Customer as long as the course is supported by the Service Provider, which will be at least one year after the purchase of the training.
4. The Client understands that the success of participating in the provision of services or the relevant part of the provision of services depends only on the Client himself. The Service Provider assumes no legal responsibility for the Client’s results.
5. The Customer confirms that he has read the service description and conditions when ordering services from the Service Provider.
